Is this Real Life?

So, I found this out there. People said to me that adding these words on my blog will actually make me gain more followers. Is this true, I wonder?

Edit: I feel really silly now! I was led to believe that a list of words would get me more followers, but instead I was informed by a nice bunch of people that I'd be banned if I used that list. Don't wanna do that, right folks?
